We have four siskins right now, two of the are the (apparent) pair that are
courting --

We also have a lovelorn (??) screech owl in our garden who's been trilling
for over a week now -- for hours every night -- we think trying to lure in a
female. We do have some old trees with nice owl-y holes but so far, it seems
as if his efforts are in vain. Did check him out, nice little gray-phase
guy...
