Hi MD birders

Greetings from a bird blogger in Peru. This is a subject I have given
some thought lately.

The traditional approach to get kids into birding can be found
summerized in the download section http://birdfreak.com/

They give a bunch of good solid tips, especially for kids that are
already interested.

However, how do you introduce birding to someone that is not
interested to begin with, and maybe not have tutoring birding parents.

Well, that was what my blog was all about. "How to become a
birdwatcher in 21st century" Read more at this link.
