All you serious photographers out there, how do I assert copyright control of an image that I think may have commercial value?  I've got an image of the HowCo Painted Bunting that I'd like to try marketing as a fundraiser for our habitat protection efforts.  Please reply off list, unless you feel your answer might be of interest to the entire MDOsprey community.
