Hi Felicia,
 I remember many years ago birding at Seneca Creek State Park in  
Montgomery County, while on a May Count, we heard a song we could not place  (along a 
power line cut), and searched for a long time to find the singer, also  a 
Field Sparrow. I can't remember the exact song, though I cannot say I've ever 
 heard it again either.
