The annual "wrong turn" to work (one of a couple this time of year) found me at Rock Run Mill this morning for a quick glimpse.

Highlights in no particular order (this just around the mill and house for about an hour):

Palm Warbler (5)
Louisiana Waterthrush (4)
Yellow-rumped Warbler (15+)
Northern Parula (6 easy)
CERULEAN WARBLER (2)
BLACK-AND-WHITE WARBLER (2)
Yellow-throated Warbler (heard, not seen)
Blue-headed Vireo (1)
White-eyed Vireo (1)
Ruby-crowned Kinglets (20+)
Eastern Phoebe (2)
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher (10+)
Gray Catbird (1)
swallows (Tree and N. Rough-winged observed)
Double-crested Cormorants (abundant)
Caspian Terns (12+)
Hermit Thrush (1)
Swamp Sparrow (3)
Pileated Woodpeckers (2, great open looks)
