Right on schedule today, a Yellow Warbler showed up singing happily in
our big black cherry tree.  Last year's arrival date was also April 25th.
    Along Copperville Road - some First-of-Year birds:  Wood Thrush - many
singing; Great Crested Flycatcher - several ( and one heard at home later);
Black-and-White Warbler.
    Chimney Swifts made our FOY property list.
