Found a singing Prairie Warbler, on territory, just east of Terre Rouge,
(18601 River Road) yesterday morning. A bit down the road was a singing
Blue-headed vireo in a redbud tree. It was across from the WELCOME sign at
18810 River Road. At Hughes Hollow, had a flock of about 15 -20 yellow legs
came flying in, make several passes over the pond and fly off.
No Prothonotary at Seneca, but lots of turtles; 53 on a single log at the
far end of the basin.
Nice.
