Lake Needwood (Dogwood Trail Loop & Heron Trail)

Hi all,

  This morning (overcast and bleak) I birded alongside Lake Needwood on the west side near the golf course and pond. 
There were good migrant finds, plus some of the local species. The best bird was a Yellow-billed Cuckoo
perching high in a wild cherry, awaiting tent caterpillars. Yellow-rumped Warblers were everywhere singing strongly.
 Here's a list of seen & heard birds: 42 species
