Phil,

This 'post while you're in Alaska trick' seems to be working well
right from the start. Maybe you could write a post about a Reddish
Egret, Red-cockaded Woodpecker, Long-billed Curlew or something we'd
all like to have appear in MD?

Thanks,

Gary has been studying this species for years and has published a number of related papers. He has recorded vocalizations of birds in over 400 counties in the US, but has none from Maryland and he would like to record them here!
