I stopped by Remington on the way to try for the flycatcher this afternoon.
The Reeve was still present while I was there from 3:50 to about 4:10. It
was hanging with Yellowlegs and Dowitchers when I observed it. There were no
Black-bellied Plovers or Ruddy Turnstones as was reported earlier. They must
have moved on.

Speaking of moving on; I arrived at the flycatcher site at about 4:25 in the
afternoon and stayed until 5:45 when I needed to return to the western
shore. A few other people arrived during the time that I was there and when
I left, we still had failed to relocate the flycatcher, although the
Kingbird and Mockingbirds that had shared that corner of the field had made
their presence known. The weather broke today at just after 1:00 when the
bird was last sighted. Perhaps with the clearing skies, the bird decided to
take advantage of the conditions and move onward. Let's hope not.

Jeff Culler and I saw the Reeve 1:30 pm today. We watched it for 1/2 hour
going over the ID and consulting two field guides. This was after JB
Churchill and Kevin Graff had left us since they saw it before we
arrived. While we were there we saw some changes in the shorebirds. A flock
of Black-bellied Plovers arrived along with two Ruddy Turnstones.

Yesterday, at the same location I had Bank Swallows but not today.

Below is the complete list.
