That is because the MDOsprey message came to you from the MDOsprey 
list-serv; it did not come to you directly from the yahoo.com 
outgoing mail server, which is the IP that has been blocked by Verizon.

MDOsprey mail is sent to us subscribers from 
 as I understand it (and Norm understands 
it a great deal more than I do!).

For example, you probably will not receive this message from me 
direct -- because verizon.net will likely note that it comes from 
Yahoo and will block it.

I am going to copy MDOsprey on this message and test Norm's patience 
for off-topic messages; when this is posted you will see it, because 
home.ease.lsoft.com is NOT currently blocking mail from Yahoo e-mail 
system users.

Thanks, Norm, for your patience.  I seem to remember that this sort 
of problem is not new.
