A heads-up to birders north of Anne Arundel County.  Ranger Matt Grey called me to report an adult Mississippi Kite at 12:35 pm heading NNE from Fort Smallwood Park.  Keep an eye to the sky!  (Unfortunately I was not there to see it.)
