There seems to be more MIKIs being reported this year. I'd like to add that
I had one flying east to west over the North East River on Saturday June 6,
right at dusk. the bird was seen well approximately 50 feet above the water
as it made its way. Bueatiful sunset, and the Mississippi Kite flying in
front of a newarly full moon on the rise!

Other notable observations from Cecil County Waterways this weekend included
Least Tern (2 at Hances Point North East River and 2 on the Susquehanna
Flats), Green Heron (at my home on plum Creek Cove, Hances Point), and
Forster's Tern (1 on the Susquehanna Flats)

Storming bad here now (1-2 inches on nickle-sized hail)

Good Birding,
Chris Starling
