Hi All:
 An immature ringneck duck was found hanging out with canada geese just upstream of the dam.  It had a bluish bill and a small eyering with a faint white line extending back from the eye.
  We spent a long time trying to decide if it was a scaup or ringneck but finally the white line behind the eye clinched the ID.  Most unexpected.
