Unlike some who recently posted their non- Maryland trips on line, I will do
mine the way I did the PA - Ohio trip. Those who want to read about our
Adirondack trip can just shoot me an email at  and I
will send you the report, which is still under construction. It may not be
finished for a couple of days, so be patient.
    We just got back at 5 PM this evening and while we missed (but not
completely) on target birds we still had a great time and have arrived back
with most of our body parts. Some were consumed by the bugs but were
probably extraneous anyway. The greatest adjustment was finding the temps
here at about 90 while just yesterday morning we were wandering around in
sweaters and needed them. The tops of 5,000' mountains up there tend to be
cold all the time, particularly when the wind blows.
