Hi all,

Did a half hour birding around fort before doing 2 hr Fort Carroll watch. Most of the waders spent more time in Anne Arundel Co (AA Co) and going back/forth from the fort and few flew in from the city line mainly behind Fort Armistead Park, probably from the ponds (ponds not part of Swan Creek Facility) on other side to the fort then down to AA Co.
Pretty confused on where they go on which county line.  But entire shoreline of Fort Armistead Park to Key Bridge (left side) is in city line, Anne Arundel Co right behind city line and section of it goes to Key Bridge, and Baltimore Co line right behind AA Co and 3/4 of Key Bridge all the way east to Sparrows Point/Dundalk area.

Earlier between 6am-630am that day, as mentioned day before, the spoonbill was seen flying from MD side along The Ditch (canal), at least 1 block south of state line, to the pond west of Catch 54.  Didn't know about it until after watching Royal Terns carry food from DE to MD and large pink bird coming in to the north. likely from marshes area at end of madison Ave or from one of the islands on MD side. Black Skimmers still on nest at an unknown named island just south of state line.
I been to Rt 54 area 12 times since first reported a week earlier, before and after work in O.C.
