Ron Gutberlet and myself had a possible Ruff in the shorebird pond at CBEC
in Queen Anne's County this afternoon around 5pm.  Unfortunately we only had
about 5 minutes with the bird (we were asked to leave due to closing time)
which wasn't enough time to make a definitive call.  Anyone in the area
tomorrow might want to take a look .  A few poor digiscoped photos were
taken which will be sent out tonight to see if an id can be made.
