I am scheduled to leave September 17 for a 10-day birding tour of
Trinidad and Tobago. My daughter was to accompany me, but because of a
medical problem, she will not be able to go. Since the tour is fully
paid, non-refundable, and not insured, I would like to find someone to
use that slot. I would hate to see it go unused.

The cost of the tour was $2785 (single occupancy), but I am willing to
donate the trip to a responsible birder. She/he would have to pay air
fare to/from Port-of-Spain, and probably also for 2 short flights
to/from Tobago (because the tickets bought by the tour operator for my
daughter probably aren't transferable). Information about the tour is
available at:

http://www.trinidadbirding.com/2009_TT_09_September/index.html

and

Note that a passport is required (good for 6 months after trip), but no
visa is required with a US passport. Yellow Fever inoculation is
required - not sure about others - check the links above and US State
Department advisory.

If you might be interested, please contact me off-list,
. There's not much time to prepare, so act quickly.
