Several hours of waiting finally paid off today at about noon when I and several others got good views of the Scissor-tailed flycatcher about a hundred feet south of the previously mentioned home on the telephone wires. Please note that the bird has now lost all of its long tail feathers, so give any birds on the wires a good scan. Gail Mackiernan also sent me a text saying she had the bird at 1:30pm.
