It is possible that there are two. At the time the bird was seen at the
Say's Phoebe spot we were looking at one from the dike at Hughes Hollow. Our
bird flew in from the west. Jim Statz got a report of a bird flying towards
the west.

No, that was the same bird making a circle west along River Rd, then
returning back to the impoundments, then north from the impoundments. The timing
was right for all of this.

Roughly between 3-4 PM the bird made several appearances, seen first from
the pulloff 200yds north of the River Rd-Hughs Rd intersection, looking
westwards towards the farm (the Say's Phoebe spot, Dan Haas. Bird flew off to the
west). Then a while later seen from the same spot but looking eastewards,
as the bird flew north from the Hughs Hollow impoundments. Spotted by Jo,
seen by Mikey, Rob, Mike and Bob Augustine. Bird was see from the impoundments
dike as well about this time by Jim Stasz and others.

Between 11-12 it was feeding low, as you can tell by the photos. Later as
the bugs moved high with the heat, the Kite was usually quite high as well.
