Steve Ford of the Talbot Bird Club found a Lark Sparrow at Blackwater NWR on
Sunday, Sep 6.  The bird was in a group of Chipping Sparrows, and was seen
near the pay booth at the entrance to the Wildlife Drive.  It even made a
brief stop on the fence beside the entrance road, allowing excellent views.
