For the Maryland fall counts you have the choice of  Saturday or Sunday. 
This was done to avoid conflicts with hunting on Saturdays.  For instance at 
McKee-Beshers WMA in Montgomery Co 9-19 would be a bad time since there will 
probably be a lot of deer bow hunters out that day.
