The STILT SANDPIPER was still present this morning between 9:30
and 10:15, feeding on the mud flats just downstream from the Patuxent
River bridge at Browns Bridge Road. I had good views from the boat
ramp on the Montgomery County side. A beautiful bird, and a very
nice county tick!

Also present were a Solitary Sandpiper, several Spotted and Least
Sandpipers, and Killdeer. The immature LITTLE BLUE HERON
continues as well, upstream from the bridge.
