Hi --
Just after lunch we enjoyed seeing two immature Redstarts and a Magnolia
Warbler sparring as to which was going to enjoy our little water feature,
having to also share it with Cardinals, Titmice, Catbirds, House Sparrows,
Blue Jays and a Flicker. This seemed a good signal that, with the returning
sun, there might be some migrant activity at Wheaton Regional Park and
Brookside Gardens, so we went over and spent a pleasant two hours walking
about. Not a lot of action but we did find two places where migrants were
coming in to bathe in small streams, giving great views.
