Joe and all,

I'm glad folks are getting the BB Sandpiper this time. This one was actually found by Bill Hubick. The one I found last week was not refound the next day, but this one is acting just like it by hanging out with the Killdeers in the south cell.

Thanks for reporting, Joe.

>The Buff-breasted and White-rumped Sandpipers were still at Swan Creek this morning from 8:00 till I left at 9:10 a.m. Thanks to Stan Arnold for finding these birds.

>The Buff-breasted was in the South Cell with killdeer as described by Bill Hubick. There is a ditch the shape of a large "T" in the South Cell. The Buff-breasted was on the right side of the "T" and close to the road. I saw an unusual feeding pattern as it stretched its neck up to feed in a small bush that was about twice as tall as it. It then continued to feed on the ground.
