The mantra for real estate agents can also be true for birding ... like the 
Hawkwatch Platform at Cape May.
A big sit was held there over the weekend and the total was 146 species.

To make this of local interest, Michael O'Brien, former Maryland resident 
and birder extraordinaire, may have had the best find of the day, a Sabine's 
Gull.
