I had low expectations with my late (10:30am) arrival at Cromwell Valley Park today, but I saw many nice birds, including a surprise BLUE-WINGED WARBLER, which posed nearby for an unmistakable ID, at least 6 WINTER WRENS, 5 HERMIT THRUSHES, 1 DARK-EYED JUNCO, and 2 immature WHITE-CROWNED SPARROWS.
