Hi Everyone,
This fall has been a little busy with non-birding activities, but we have continued to visit Bayside at Assateague most Friday mornings. This morning (23 Oct 2009) John Bax, Scott Housten, and I were there from 7:00-9:00 am. Scott picked up on a DICKCISSEL at Bayside Campground; then we all heard it and viewed it briefly at the top of a tree before it flew on. We had our first Snow Goose flock of the season today, and as expected the number of Myrtle Warblers has grown. The full lists from Bayside and Bayside Campground are below.
