| This report is provided on behalf of Talbot Bird Club members Jan Reese 
and
| Terry Allen.  They counted the robins leaving an Easton roost site at dawn
| this morning, October 23, 2009, and reached a count number of about 44,000
| birds.  Counts have been made at this site for many years, and this 
morning
| the count was the highest that it has been for quite a few years.

| The roosting spot is the wooded region east of Route 50 and beside the
| Holiday Inn Express Motel in Easton, MD, Talbot County.
