We heard a LEAST BITTERN calling on Elliott Island Road around 7:00pm Sunday.  We had gone there as consolation for our disappointing dump experience (eloquently described by Dan Haas) and had stopped to watch and listen to a trio of BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT HERONS circling and calling.
