I got great looks at the 2 Godwits in Pond 5C. Jared Fisher
and I both saw them early in the morning and they were still foraging in the
same area when I left around 12:30. The Avocet was in Pond 5C when I arrived
at 10:30, but it flew off and had not returned by the time I left. There
were several hundred Canada Geese that would get stirred up by Bald Eagles
periodically flying overhead.
