Peregrine Falcon (returns) - Cumberland, Allegany Co.

Last winter there had been an adult Peregrine Falcon living on the Allegany
County Courthouse in downtown Cumberland. The last date I have recorded as
seeing it was Feb. 26 of this year. Again I was given a tip that it may have
returned, as a suspicious "shape" had been seen perched atop the courthouse.
Late this morning my wife Colleen and I checked it out, and sure enough
there was an adult PEREGRINE FALCON perched on the highest ledge on the
