Hi all,
   My brothers, Tom and Rob, and I birded Harford County today. Out best birds were at Lapidum where we saw 6 Surf Scoters and 2 Black Scoters. They were downstream of the viewing area. They were fairly actively swimming and flying up and down the river and between the Harford and Cecil County sides. When we left at 2 pm they were settled in around the bridge.
