A trip to New York was supposed to make this a non-birding weekend.  Ha!  I almost had you, didn't I?  On the return trip this afternoon, I found a White-winged Scoter at Perryville Community Park in Cecil County.   On the trip up on Saturday morning, I stopped by Ft McHenry and saw the 3 Brant reported earlier in the week.
