Thanks Leo - I forgot that this was probably out of print.  The copy I have
is even earlier, from Houghton Mifflin Publishers, 1983.  I found it online
- but the price!  Ouch!  I got it in 1992 for $35.00; the lowest price I
found online for a "new" copy was $124.00 !!  I think that even if the
species descriptions are out of date, the illustrations are not.
