Tools | Page Information | Media
Look for sound files in the list. Typically they will be of the type
"embed" and have a .mid, .mp3 or .wav extension. Right click and select
"copy" for the URL of the sound file you want into your browser. Then File
| Save. You should have the sound file on your hard drive.
