Afternoon all,
Late this morning I chanced to look out my shop window, and feeding in the clear spot in the grass were several juncos. Along with them was a small sparrow, feeding right beside a brown leaf in the grass, alomost hidden. Initially I thought it was a Chipping Sparrow, as I have had them around lately, but when I got my binoculars on it, it turned out to e a Savannah Sparrow! Prettyy in the snow.

Nothing much else unusual at the feeders, lots of cardinals, juncos, a few White-throats and Song Sparrow, lots of mourning doves, etc.Several Downies and a Red-bellied too, along with crows and jays, finches, etc.
