"This morning there were at least two, most likely 3+ Orange-crowns at Anacostia Park, right around where the bird that has been there since November hangs out. Feel free to forward this to MDOsprey if you think anyone might be interested. Not much else of note around, a Merlin, three Common Mergs flying down the Anacostia, no Cackling Goose."

I believe this spot is at Poplar Point, between the two parking areas and close to the entrance to the "Anacostia wetlands".
