I have a furlough day today, it is nice to have an extra day off for the Christmas holidays. So I have been watching my yard birds for a good bit today. My yard and feeders have been busy this Christmas Eve. I have seen twenty or more Juncos, Titmouse, Chickadees, White Throated Sparrows, Downy Woodpeckers, Redbellied Woodpeckers, Robins, Cardinals, Bluejays, WB Nuthatch, Carolina Wren, American Goldfinches, Mourning Doves, American Crows, annoying Starlings, Turkey Vultures flying over and one CHIPPING SPARROW. This is the first Chipping Sparrow I have seen in a while.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays,
Eileen
