Great yard birds: Laurel

It seemed to take a few days, but now we're getting some 
great (uncommon) birds in our snowy yard (West Laurel, PG 
County).  Highlights so far today include FOX SPARROW (first 
of season), EASTERN TOWHEE (male & female), RED-WINGED 
BLACKBIRD (male), BROWN-HEADED COWBIRD (2 male, 2 female), 
BROWN THRASHER (thrashing in the bare spots under bushes), 
BROWN CREEPER (first of season), SONG SPARROW (it's been a 
while), and the #1 highlight WINTER WREN (first in several 
years).  Also large numbers of WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS (16) 
and DARK-EYED JUNCOS (14).  The counting continues...
