Joe,

I don't normally do this... but you've been a great birding friend
this past year, and it is Christmas, and you were mighty helpful on
those pelagics, and your wisdom helped me to observe a ton of great
county and state birds...

...so i've decided to share my eBird checklist with you.

I'll happily gift wrap for you 4 Purple Sandpipers in exchange for a
mere 2 Brown Pelicans.  By volume, I realize it's not exactly a fair
trade, but since we are both in need of these county birds, it seems
appropriate.  I'll throw in a December Chipping Sparrow, a Horned Lark
and a Savannah (which were also at Herrington Harbor today)!
