This afternoon I re-found 2 American Tree Sparrows at Schooley Mill Park. They were at the Beaver Pond which is #10 on the Schooley Site Guide Map.

There was also a Winter Wren in the same area.

At Brighton Dam there was a male Common Goldeneye and a Common Loon. Both birds were on the south side of the dam and within 30 yards of the dam. An adult Bald Eagle made a weak attempt a diving on the goldeneye. Maybe the eagle could see that the goldeneye was too healthy or maybe it doesn't like the taste of goldeneye.

At least 400 Common Mergansers and 15 Hooded Mergansers on the north side of the dam.
