At first look I thought you were referring to REDWINGS, as in the European member of the thrush family.  Got my heart jumping for a second!

 Pandemonium at my feeder today has included a Brown Thrasher (nice), Starlings (boo) and some redwings. 

One of them has shown bright orange on the throat. I'm assuming that it's a redwing...possibly a first-year male? I can't find description of this in my guides. The other redwings at the feeder show pale throats or adult male plumage.

Please confirm this bird as a male Redwinged Blackbird.
