Like Anna,  I could use some advice (off list) regarding a good 
destination for birding Sat Feb 20.  I am considering Eastern Neck or 
Blackwater but don't know how extensive the ice is and if it is keeping 
waterfowl, etc away.  The folks on the phone at hdqrts were not very 
knowledgeable about this.  BTW, we have no more than 8 hours; we have 
hired a sitter for my father-in-law.  Thank you in advance
