Point Lookout: Snow Bunting etc.

We saw a lone SNOW BUNTING shortly after dawn this (Monday) morning, and spent quite a while at the point for photography.

One GREAT CORMORANT with a visible flank patch flew (quickly) south along the shore, and later two more birds (one with patch) were perched on the structure south of the point.

Four flocks totaling 110 TUNDRA SWANS flew north, calling.

FOX SPARROWS and BROWN-HEADED NUTHATCHES were vocalizing in the woods along the road on the drive out.
