Or the one on the roof of the Oracle Building in downtown Bethesda, which
later moved to the roof of a building in downtown DC (where it met its
demise running into some wires).

I recall a number of years ago a local birder reported a Snowy Owl on the
roof of his house in suburban MD. It stayed for some hours -- his wife and
kids (and neighbors) saw it well, but he missed it! (Work can be a REAL
pain!)
