I too am considering a trip to Point Lookout on Saturday.  If anyone who answers Chris could cc me privately, or just post to the list, I'd be greatly appreciative! 

As for the wind this morning, my yard birds don't seem very deterred and the feeders are very, very busy!  I expect that my visitors have had many feathers shaken loose, but apparently prefer food over shelter at this point!

I was planning to trek down to Pt Lookout Saturday morning to see the Snow Bunting but am having second thoughts due to the severe wind today. If someone sees the bird today or tomorrow please send me a note off-list (if you don't post to the list). It's a 2 hour drive each way for me so I plan to delay my visit until I hear that the bird didn't blow away. And if you planned to see the Painted Bunting do it soon, I hear he's being seen less frequently.
