The Fort Smallwood Park Hawkwatch has begun its spring season with several days of observation. Totals so far are: 
Turkey Vulture 31, Bald Eagle 1, Northern Harrier 2, Red-tailed Hawk 1. Yesterday brought the first migrant Tree Swallows: 28! 
A reminder that the Park is closed to the public on Wednesdays .
