Steve Hersey noted an Eastern Phoebe in DC this morning. just now, I was walking between buildings here at SERC in Edgewater and thought I heard a fee-bee! As I waited, it called again several times then repositioned itself behind one of the shop buildings. They nest around here somewhere but I haven't been able to find where yet.
