Bob Ringler called to tell me that he had found a male Eurasian Wigeon 
at the Cranberry Reservoir in Westminster. Bob said the bird and other 
wigeon had moved into the far left corner and wasn't visible when he 
left the area. You can view most of the reservoir from the gate area 
near the entrance road. Do not proceed down the road that runs along the 
fence as this is private property. I'm sure that Bob will post more 
information later in the day.
